VIBRANT DISHWASHER

Vibrant dishwasher  is a  machine which was designed for washing dishes much fastly and clearly in every model and design of dishwashers. The system is made up of one or more vibration apparatus mounted to the dishwasher basket or the reservoir which the basket is  placed into.

Vibrant dishwasher  performs the washing process according to the kind and dirtiness of the dishes by adjusting from the button on the machine like present dishwashers. It works according  to the basis; the dishes are put into the machine, water is sprayed over the dishes from the jets  found at various parts of the machine and the dishes are cleaned in the  intense vapor medium. Differently in vibrant dishwashers dishes are also cleaned by the effect of vibration coming from the basket. Since  vibration also make the dirts vibrate , dirt is  removed from the dishes more easily, washing process is realized   much more clearly and fastly.
The vibration apparatus is a device that just produces  vibrations and by vibrating the apparatus it is mounted to  makes the dishes in the apparatus vibrate.
Vibration apparatus is a device that produces  desired  kgf of centrifugal force and makes the items to which it is mounted vibrate and also the objects in contact with the items vibrate by these vibrations.

The vibration apparatus (2)used for washing  dishes in much shorter time and more clearly can be installed to dishwasher basket(1) or reservoir walls(5) (bottom, top and side walls) without making a radical modification on the dishwasher. The apparatus  attached to the basket(1) or the reservoir (5) by the screws(2) is able to be adapted  to every model and design of machine with very low cost and without clearing  extra space.

In vibrant dishwashers detergents  put into the machine are activated much faster by the  vibration effect , thus thanks to the vibration apparatus dirt is removed from the dishes   much more fastly , the washing process realizes   in shorter time and clearly . Whereas washing process in present washing machines  is  longer and more expensive because it takes some time the detergent to be solved in water and activated.

Vibrant dishwasher activates the detergents  put into the machine  in a short time. However,  the vibration effect makes  not only the detergents but also the dishes put into the basket  vibrate so, the solving effect of vibration removes the dirt from the surface to which it hold on, stiff wastes are no problem any more and time and energy is largely saved.

The vibration has no abrasive or breaking effect on dishes. The dishes put into the basket are cleaned more easily just by the solving effect of the vibration, washing process realizes  much more fastly and cearly than the other machines

Vibrant dishwasher also figures large in drying dishes more fastly. Water droplets remaining after rinsing course downwards from the surfaces to which they hold on by the effect of vibration thus the drying process realizes much more fastly and stainlessly.

The vibration apparatus placed on the basket(1) or the reservoir (5) doesn’t have any negative effect that will unbalance or walk the machine. The effect of the vibration on the machine is no more than the vibration or sound produced while the dishes are being washed.

The vibration apparatus(2) can also be used by being mounted to the front cover(8) of the dishwasher. The system is mounted to the inner part of the cover and touching to the basket(1) when the cover is closed, in this way the basket, consequently the dishes in the basket are vibrated. In other words the vibration apparatus(2) used in the machine are mounted to the machine so as to vibrate the basket(1) and the dishes put into the basket  appropriately.
