PROJECTION ELECTRIC RAZOR SIEVE

Projection electric razor sieve (Folio) is a multifunctional electric razor sieve designed for a quicker and easier shaving with vibrating electric razors in any model and design.
The existing electric razor sieves consist of pores on the sieve in varying forms and installations and operate based on the principle that the facial hair is caught by the pores and cut by the internal blade when the sieve is moved on the face. These sieves have a structure allowing the cutting of only the short hair; the flat and long hair that cannot be caught by the sieve are made ready for cutting by the sieve after being raised by combs independent from the sieve and shortened by a separate blade. In other words, these sieves with smooth surfaces allow only the hair with a certain length, and does not have much effect on long hair.

Projection sieve consists of oval (2), geometric (4), strip projection (4,5), projection loop-hole (7), inwards convoluted oval strip projection (9) and loop-hole sieve (8) scattered in different locations and sizes on the sieve (1), and particularly on the top location (Illustrations 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8). These projections (2, 4, 5, 9, and 11) ensure the flat and long hair to be raised and directed to the pores (3) that cannot be captured by the sieve (1) with a smooth surface and thus ensure a quicker shaving.

The projection sieve (Illustration 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8) has the characteristic that allows it to cut also long hair (6) without requiring the combing mechanism present in the existing electric razors. Since the sieve (1) even more improved with the oval strip (5), geometric strip (4), inwards convoluted oval strip projection (9), and projection loop-hole (7), allows enlargement of the pores even more, these pose are turned into loop-holes (8) and to ensure cutting of the long hair just like in the combing mechanism.,

PROJECTION ELECTRIC RAZOR SIEVE



Following the bringing of the long hair directed to the loop-holes (8) thanks to the projections (2, 4, 5, 9 and 11) on the surface of the sieve to a certain length, the shaving process is completed by capturing the hair by the pores (3) with even smaller diameters on the same sieve. Since the system performs the function of the combing mechanism as well without requiring any other blade, it is thought that the production costs of the electric razors that this sieve is used in will be extremely low.
It is thought that the projection sieve will not have an irritating effect on the face. Particularly in the loop-hole sieve, with the purpose of preventing the skin to enter into the loop-hole (8) and be damaged, a step has been created on the sieve with oval strip, geometric strip, inwards convoluted oval strip projection and projection loop-holes to ensure the skin remain at a distance to the cutting blade. In other words, these projections (2, 4, 5 and 9) improve the sieve on the one hand by raising and directing the flat and long hair to the pores (3), and prevent irritation of the skin by the blade on the other hand.
The system has the characteristics that can be adapted to the sieves of all the electric razors with any model and design. The projection sieve (Illustration 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8) with a unique operation ensures much more comfortable removal of flat and long hair and at the same time, it shortens the period of shaving and provides great economy in energy.
