VIBRANT WASHING MASHINE

Vibrant washing machine  is a washing machine  designed for washing clothes more quickly and clearly in every model and design of washing machines. The system is made up of one or more vibration apparatus mounted to the washing machine cauldron or to the drum in the cauldron.

Vibrant washing machine  performs the washing process according to the kind and dirtiness of the clothes by adjusting from the button on the machine like present washing machines  and works according to  the basis ; clothes are put in the drum , drum  rotates right and left  during different time periods, clothes collide or rub against each other and  at the same time  the drum and the battens on the drum.  However, being different in vibrant washing machine clothes get clean by vibrating with the vibrations of the cauldron, the drum and the battens made by the vibration apparatus mounted on the cauldron, the drum or the battens on the drum.

Vibration apparatus is a device that produces  desired  kgf of centrifugal force and makes the apparatus to which it is mounted vibrate and also the objects in contact with the apparatus vibrate by these vibrations.
For the invention reaching its goal , the figures of the items used are given in addition and among these shapes;

The items in figures are numbered one by one and the number’s responses are given below;

Drum,Screw, Vibration apparatus,Cauldron,Front cover glass,Front cover,Drum batten, Top covered washing machine drum, Top covered washing machine cauldron,Stirrer propeller.

The vibration apparatus (3)used for washing  clothes in much shorter time and more clearly, can be mounted to washing machine cauldron(4),(9) or drum(1),(8) without making a radical modification in the washing machine. The apparatus (3) attached to the cauldron(4),(9) or the drum(1), (8) by the screws(2) can be installed  in every model and design of machine with very low cost and without clearing  extra space.
In vibrant washing machines detergents that are  put into the machine are activated much faster by the  vibration effect , thus thanks to the vibration apparatus clothes get clear faster , the washing process realizes with  less detergent  in short time and clearly. Whereas washing process in present washing machines  is  longer and more expensive because it takes some time the detergent to be solved in water and activated.
Also it is thought that the vibration apparatus retarded  the formation of lime on drum and cauldron.
Vibrant washing machine activates the detergents, which are put into the machine, in a short time, but the vibration effect makes  not only the detergents but also the clothes put into the drum (1), (8)  vibrate, the clothes get rid of their dirt in a shorter time and clearly.
Vibrations don’t make any abrasive or wearing effect on clothes. The  clothes put into the drum(1),(8) get clear easier and faster by just the solving effect of the vibration.

The vibration apparatus placed on the washing machine or the drum (1), (8) doesn’t have any negative effect that will unbalance or walk the washine machine. Vibration  of the washing  machine made by the vibration apparatus(3) is smaller than the vibration during mangling and the produced vibrations are absorbed by the dampers also mounted to the cauldron(4),(9). The sound made by the vibration apparatus(3) is also very low and there isn’t  noise when the apparatus is working.
The vibration apparatus has such a property that it can be used also by being mounted to the propeller  (10) rotating in the middle of the top covered washing machines  and stirring the clothes. The system works  in a way that the vibration apparatus put on the interior or exterior of the  cover makes  differently desingned   parts coming from the interior of the cover through the clothes or the cover glass vibrate. The clothes being rotated to right and left in the drum (1),(8) ,  at the same time  rub to the vibrant glass or the vibrant item ,  meanwhile they get clean more quickly by the vibration they get from  the vibrant glass or the vibrant apparatus.
